Webpingr Terms of Service

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime Plan provides access to Webpingr for a single, one-time payment. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Webpingr app and service, not your personal lifetime. If Webpingr is discontinued, shut down, or otherwise ceases operation, access to the Lifetime Plan will end. No refunds or compensation will be provided if the app is no longer available. By purchasing the Lifetime Plan, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

1. Service Description

Webpingr (“Service”, “we”, “us”) provides website/service uptime monitoring, status checks, and alerting. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials.
  • You agree your provided information is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed by Stripe in advance and are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • We may change prices with prior notice posted on our site.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Monitor only domains/services you own or have permission to monitor.
  • Do not exceed plan limits or abuse the Service (e.g., denial-of-service behavior).
  • Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.

5. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, or for missed alerts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your stated business jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
